Personal Biography:

Marvin Woods, CCE is a Certified Cost Engineer through the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International. His multi-disciplined career spans over 25 years and includes work experience in aerospace/defense, environmental remediation, and transportation and construction management. Marvin has extensive experience in all phases of project management and controls including program development, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, critical path method scheduling, cost engineering, document control, and cost/schedule earned value analysis.

Adjunct professor at Washington University in St. Louis instructing graduate level courses in cost estimating and cost engineering. Has also been in guest lecturer at Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville and frequent presenter at the St. Louis Development Corporation/Lambert St. Louis International Airport W/M/DBE Training Seminar Series.

In 2006 completed separate two year terms serving on the Board of Directors for the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International while serving as Regional Director and later Vice President of Regions.

Has been recognized by the US Small Business Administration Alternate Small Business Person of the Year for the St. Louis District. Recognitions also includes; Outstanding Young Man of America, Marquis Who's Who in the Midwest, Cambridge's Who's Who in Project Management

Married to Sharon Elaine Woods and has two sons, Marvin Jr. and Justin Marc.
